This section is responsible for purchases of supplies exceeding 200 kCHF, covering contracts, amendments and invitations to tender for supplies for the Administration and General Infrastructure Sector and the CERN Pension Fund, insurance and civil engineering works contracts.

Lisa Bellini Devictor
Lisa completed her Civil Engineering degree in France and an MSc in Management in New York. Having worked for ten years in the French and English administration on procurement processes for motorways and Public Private Partnerships, she joined CERN in May 2010 as a Procurement and Contract Officer.
Procurement Officer
Simon Guerri dall'Oro
Simon completed his Supply Chain Engineering degree and a MS in Purchasing Management in France. Having worked for eight years as a purchaser in industry, he joined the Procurement Service as a Procurement Officer in 2019.
Sandrine Magnan
Sandrine completed her International Business education in Aix-en-Provence (France). Having worked for 12 years in the fields of imports, exports, procurement and sales she joined CERN in 2008. She has worked within the Procurement Service as a Procurement Officer since September 2009.
Adam Horridge
Adam completed his BSc in Management at Manchester Business School in 2005 and qualified as a chartered member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply in 2011. Before joining CERN, he managed procurement activity on major engineering construction projects, sourced and executed globally, in both the glass and oil and gas industries. He joined the Procurement Service as a Procurement Officer in August 2014.
Merethe Morer-Olafsen
Merethe arrived at CERN in May 1992. She has gained her experience in various services onsite; HR, TE, DG project office, EN departmental planning office and in organization of conferences. She joined the Section as a procurement officer and as organizer of the CERN Member States Industrial Days events in October 2019.
Aneta Šabanovič
Aneta completed her Civil Engineering degree in Poland and a master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering at the University of Bristol, UK. She joined CERN as a Junior Procurement Officer in January 2022
Josephine Bengtsson
Josephine completed her Masters of International Business and Finance in Lausanne. She joined CERN in 2020 as an administrative student and has been working within the Procurement Service since January 2022, as a Junior Procurement Officer.
