Procurement Contacts
This section is responsible for purchases of supplies exceeding 10 kCHF covering contracts, amendments and invitations to tender for supplies for the Accelerators and Technology Sector.
This section is responsible for purchases of supplies exceeding 200 kCHF, covering contracts, amendments and invitations to tender for supplies for the Administration and General Infrastructure Sector and the CERN Pension Fund, insurance and civil engineering works contracts.
This section is responsible for purchases and price enquiries below 200 kCHF including orders for CERN's stores, hotels and conferences. It is also responsible for supplies exceeding 200 kCHF, covering contracts and amendments for hotels and conferences.
This section is responsible for the procurement of supply contracts for the Research Sector and EU contracts. It is also responsible for services exceeding 200 kCHF, covering all contracts, amendments and invitations to tender related to services provision on the CERN site. Service contracts are contracts between CERN and external service providers concerning the performance of services on a long-term basis.
Procurement legal is responsible for providing legal support, advice and training to all IPT-PI members on procurement and contract related issues. It is also responsible for the legal auditing of invitation to tender documents, the negotiation of legal clauses and drafting of contractual documents as well as the review and update of key reference documents.
