CERN Accelerating science

Floris completed his technical education in France and joined CERN in 1991. He was responsible for the installation of various safety systems in CERN’s accelerators and experimental areas before joining the Procurement Service in 2009.

Miriam holds a Bachelors in Translation and Interpreting and a Masters in Software Localization and New Technologies from Pablo de Olavide University. Before joining CERN in November 2023 as a Communications Officer, Miriam worked as a Localization Project Manager for e-Learning in the Life Sciences field.
