10 years ago, we initiated a paperless strategy, implementing an e-tendering platform. A few years later, purchase orders are being sent via our eProcurement platform, and we are now closing the loop by singing contracts electronically.

What does it change for you?
You will receive an email notification containing a unique link to the document. Click the link to review and sign. You don’t need a Docusign account, and you will not be charged for using this service to sign CERN contracts.
You can choose how to sign from three options:
- Upload an image of your signature
- Manually draw your signature
- Select a signature from the list of predefined styles from the tool:

- You can also sign from a mobile device!
Once all signatories have signed, you will instantly receive a copy of the signed contract by email.
