Guidelines for template usage

• Use of these templates is mandatory when writing Technical Descriptions, Questionnaires, Specifications etc.
• Additional information on when and how to use these templates can be found on the Procurement Guidelines page.
• This is a limited set of templates made available for Technical Officers. If a template is required but not listed here, for example a French version, it may be obtainable from the Procurement Service.
• Note that some templates, for example the Tender Form, are not offered for download because they will be prepared by the Procurement Officer.
