Procurement Contacts

• The Orders and Stores Purchases Section (FP-PI-OR) is responsible for purchases below 200 kCHF, as well as all the contracts for CERN's stores, but excluding computing, hotels and conferences contracts.

• The Contracts and IT Supplies Section (FP-PI-CO) is responsible for purchases of supplies exceeding 200 kCHF, covering all contracts, amendments and invitations to tender for supplies, as well as orders concerning computing, hotels and conferences. Supply contracts cover any contract that is not defined as a service contract. Supply contracts include research and development contracts, telecommunications and insurance contracts as well as maintenance and leasing contracts covering data processing, printing and telecommunications equipment.

• The Industrial Services Section (FP-PI-IS) is responsible for purchases of services exceeding 200 kCHF, covering all contracts, amendments and invitations to tender for services. Service contracts are contracts between CERN and a contractor for the provision of services to be executed on the CERN site on a permanent basis.
